Pros
Teammates, outside of upper management/ELT/self-proclaimed royalty, are very helpful and willing to pitch in to help colleagues. IT goes above and beyond to train everyone. Good 401K benefits plan.
Cons
Micromanagement runs rampant and will soon run the company to the ground. You spend so much time recording what your daily tasks are that you don’t even have time to complete the tasks. Decisions are made on emotion rather than fact. Sales Mgr position is a revolving door because not even the toughest can handle the wrath of the CEO. Employees have a running joke that the company is constantly stuck on Groundhog’s day because the upper management makes the same mistakes over, and over, and over, and over again. But hey, that’s the PlanITROI way! Turnover rate is the highest that I’ve ever seen in my career (and I’ve worked retail!!) and is all a reflection of the lies and misdirection from upper management. Have you ever heard of employees hating the HR dept? Me neither until I worked there. HR got employees to vote on it being a “great place to work” by providing a few more BBQ lunches and some T-shirt’s. As for the CEO, it is utterly baffling how someone who is obsessed with Tony Robbins and attends all of his events can go back home and be such a condescending human. Don’t understand how he can sleep at night. If you still have your doubts about my review, I suggest you search LinkedIn for past employees (or current employees NOT in the HR dept) and ask for feedback. Save yourself the high blood pressure, don’t work there.
