Great comp and flexibility with scheduling (hybrid) and PTO. The market has changed a bunch since the pandemic and recruiting is back to having its normal challenges (during the pandemic the floodgates were open). The company is making necessary changes in accountability to ensure the business is successful in the new and changing environment.

Healthcare clinicians can be, at times, difficult to communicate with/lockdown.

None really for me- I am performance driven and hit my numbers so I am happy in my role. The one's who aren't hitting numbers unfortunately don't do well. But, that's the job- if you are in sales and like metrics, this is the job b/c you are well compensated!
