Pros

difficult one here, but the other employees during my time were all wonderful, and it's a foot into the music industry. two stars for that.

Cons

where do I start? the owner can be charming, but is volatile and prone to offensive and inappropriate explosions no mentorship or guidance, management makes no effort to introduce employees to other members of the music industry, and is protective of their "contacts" in the business immense workload with unrealistic expectations salary varies among employees at the same level, and raises are avoided until the issue is brought up, and even then are negligible, with the logic that you should "find roommates" if you can't afford rent even after many conversations about the workload being unmanageable, management made no changes, often commenting that our department made him no money, justified as a "busy season" year round conversations about career and money are manipulated and postponed, "if you stick around here you can build something", "we'll talk about that in your review this Fall" in the same conversation, management would describe the job as "your first job out of college" to justify wages, but then dangle the prospect of a better future if you would just buckle down and get through it extremely high turnover rate, and management projected fear for the future onto employees, burdening them to come up with new revenue streams without any guidance or leadership the positive reviews on here were purchased by the owner...

Pros

There is always a good mix of projects and campaigns to work on. The team is supportive, and people are happy to help. There are opportunities to work with different clients and build experience across multiple areas of marketing. Communication is clear and pay is competitive.

Cons

Balancing multiple projects takes planning.

Pros

Learning about different campaign styles was an enlightening experience. I valued that learning immensely.

Cons

The leadership can't lead. There, I said it. I told the truth. These awful people provide training that resembles a bad joke. It doesn't prepare employees for anything, even the terrible workloads headed their way. The work expectations rise with time. You handle one project's work, and they assign two more. You juggle that, and they assign still more work. It's horribly exhausting and stressful. Each day, the workload kept increasing, and each day, I hoped the struggles would end. Another reason I disliked it here was the pressure of deadlines. People used to yell at each other to take their frustrations out whenever a deadline approached. It created hostile feelings and toxicity in the workplace.
