Pros

* Perfect for expanding and growing in the direction you want. * Work life balance is exactly where it needs to be. * Free food in the kitchen. * Free soda in the kitchen. * Employees are cared for in every way possible * Very flexible on the tech side of things, enables you to brainstorm and be as creative as you need to be. * Ability to move up the ladder if you want to. * Bonuses from selling/creating good products. Everything I could think of at the time but I know there are many more good things about this company not listed above.

Cons

Some of the people do not get paid as much as they probably should but other than that, its a grade A place to be!

Pros

When PlanSwift first started and for a number of years the culture of this company could not be beat. Fun parties, laid back atmosphere and a work hard, play hard mentality. Stocked fridge and pantry and company lunches were great! For years the former President cared about all employees and showed it with lunches, games, anonymous Christmas gift cards, giving money to struggling employees, etc. Too bad that all changed in 2018.

Cons

Most of management was too focused on their own agenda rather than helping, training or developing their employees. There were a few managers that actually managed their teams, worked a full day, showed up to work consistently, cared about their team(s), used discipline when warranted and actually did their job. Like most companies they did not do performance evaluations (unless it was an end of the year joke/requirement). You never knew how well you were doing and had to ask for a raise rather than receiving off of merit. Also continual instability was quite ridiculous. The company was sold four times in four years! These days the company is going downhill with continued lay offs. What was once a great company has now become a joke.
