Pros

Get to work with plants. It is a family owned company who really does care. Provides great insurance package, health, vision, dental, life insurance. 100% matching 401k. Devoted to continued education, learning and development of its employees. There is a lot of flexibility with this job and we are allowed to work towards our strengths. The product and service that we provide is second to none.

Cons

It is difficult to persuade customers that they need the service and get them out of the mindset that it is a necessity, not a luxury.

Pros

You get to work with plants in mostly indoor spaces and while the job is physical, it is not taxing. Will help you improve your customer relation skills. The people that work at this location are supportive and flexible, so long as you do what's asked of you. There is a high degree of autonomy during work hours, so you control your breaks and can alter the order of client accounts if needed. If you're a good worker and excel at the job, you can expect pay raises.

Cons

Most of the major holidays are given off, but Thanksgiving to New Years is an incredibly busy time of year, particularly for Installers - don't expect to get time off. The sales team has a hard time saying 'no' to client requests which sometimes leads to difficult accounts that require extra attention and extra time. Some clients can be rude and you must keep your cool.
