- The work is in no way connected to the mission, sadly, and there doesn't seem to be any actual actions toward achieving the mission Platfform supposedly exists to achieve - Huge disparities in how Senior Leaders are treated verse the rest of staff - Staff's own mental health is not considered and many staff members are really suffering from over-work and mistreatment. Witnessed a ton of gaslighting. - Horrible pay for most staff, while Senior Leaders seem to get endless perks - Serious lack of diversity in staff - HR focused on protecting the company, not supporting staff
