      Leadership is highly unstable, constantly shifting direction and contradicting itself The work culture is overwhelmingly demanding, pushing people to burnout; once employees are exhausted, they are often let go instead of being supported Frequent layoffs have become normalized, creating a constant atmosphere of fear and instability

      The benefits are very good. There are very capable, highly professional people from whom you can learn a lot, and you can grow very quickly

      The leadership style is terrible. People burn out not only because of the workload, but also because of the mistreatment by leaders. It’s a shame that leadership is seen as exploiting and harming others. Many people end up in psychological therapy
