      The benefits are very good. There are very capable, highly professional people from whom you can learn a lot, and you can grow very quickly

      Cons

      The leadership style is terrible. People burn out not only because of the workload, but also because of the mistreatment by leaders. It’s a shame that leadership is seen as exploiting and harming others. Many people end up in psychological therapy

      Pros

      Good benefits, good salaries, and lots of learning

      Cons

      Bad work environment, exploitation, mistreatment from the C-level, sexism, they fire women who have children, employees get yelled at, and if you feel unwell, they tell you “that’s what you’re paid for.” They humiliate people and try to solve everything with money. It’s a nightmare
