Pros
-Everyone is heard. If you have an idea, you can bring it to your supervisor/superior and they will readily take it into consideration -Weekly Thursday meetings to show of new tech/ideas/etc -Fair pay, benefits, and company bonding opportunities -(at the time, probably still do) Yoga classes and discounts on fitness classes avalible -Overall it feels like a family working together towards one goal.
Cons
-One project seemed to change a lot, overhauling looks and what not. I think that made some people uneasy as the the direction of the project.
