      Not very flexible Needs to hire someone who lives closer than what he's asking Hours are 8-5 only, no weekends and no way to make up missing time No benefits No upward mobility

      Pros

      Free snacks from clients who are more appreciative than ownership

      Cons

      A toxic environment ran on fear and intimidation. Pay is insultingly low. The owner is arrogant and beats his chest about "always working". One coworker spouts bile and vitriol about everyone in the office. No one has an concept of quality. Advice for management: If you'd rather point fingers at others than be proactive about solving your problems, then you're building a house of failure.
