Cons
This company started off strong but soon lost their core values when they started to expand and join “corporate cannabis”. They do not care for their employees and think mental health is a joke. It is a very male dominated industry with an extreme lack of communication and very disorganized. The managers have never managed a business before and the rules are different for each employee depending when you started. Being transparent about your wage with other coworkers is not allowed. Employees are completely disposable to them and will fire you immediately, no questions asked. There is no room for advancement/raises and absolutely no overtime allowed. They will make you do jobs outside of your job title and not compensate you accordingly. The company preaches about diversity and equality but they are not inclusive at all.
