Over the past few years, Plotly has proven its worth by slowly transforming itself from a tech. start-up to a young, ambitious SME in Canada. Working with Plotly has broadened my perspective and enhanced my knowledge of the tech. start-up world. Plotly has a very unique working culture which allows the employees to develop their own motivation and strength in the daily working environment. A fun fact: Everyone works in Plotly has his/ her own specific hobby - more or less artistic or sportive.
Cons
Plotly is still in its process of transformation, which also means that some policies or strategies will be adjusted or added according to different situations. In general, it is great for a young company keeps moving on and improving itself, however it may shake the stability within from time to time.
