      Pros

      Most of the employees at Plotly were great to work with. There is a diverse group of prospects who are interested in Plotly, so you are able to learn quite a bit about different industries and workflow needs.

      Cons

      The CEO of this company is a very poor leader to say the least. His lack of effective communication skills both internally to employees and externally to clients is shocking. The CEO is also very reactive in nature verses proactive. He also has a general lack of respect for people that I believe most people working at Plotly and some clients will experience at some point or another if they have not already. Compensation is also very low.

      Friendly, collaborative, and technologically competent folks who are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Slow to adapt to AI-driven changes while competitors move swiftly. Management lacks the discipline and initiative to establish processes needed for competitiveness. Lack of transparency around internal directional changes.
