Dissapointed - Mechanical Engineer Plug Power Employee Review

Impulsive leadership decisions. Too many bandaid fixes. Not a great foundation. Little to no KPI's taken for employee performance. Performance reviews non-cohesive. Desperately needs project management. Senior staff works in Silos. OSHA nightmare. Many cases of negligence. Beware of colleagues that don't share company "values". I experienced some pretty toxic interactions with upper level colleagues. I was really excited to get this Job, but in the end it really turned me off,
