Lots of PTO, good social culture, competitive pay. Interesting science and market. Part of the green energy movement.
Cons
Top leadership seems to be more interested in politics and PR than success. Unrealistic expectations with poor planning. Scope/responsibility is too large for most individuals and there does not seem to be a plan to hire the necessary help. Product designed without risk analysis; like trying to sell a go-kart as an automobile.
