Pros
Benefits are good. Friendly coworkers. Snacks provided in office. Flexible hours. Monthly company "spirit day". Pay can be competitive depending on your role.
Cons
The physical office space is bleak. Bathrooms are in very bad shape- not enough stalls for the number of people in the office, with poor plumbing. Job security here is tenuous- employees have been let go if they rock the boat too much. This leads to very low employee morale. Management is minimal- there's not enough experienced supervisors in the office. There's no good process for raises- requests for raises are arbitrarily granted/denied by Bernie. Employee growth is not encouraged. If you're hired for a specific role, you can expect to always be in that role. There's not enough advancement opportunities because of the lack of a management structure.
