      Pros

      A Plugar é aquela empresa "mãe", que acolhe, os CEO's são caras super gente fina, compreensivos e de boa, sem aquelas implicâncias bestas que há em algumas empresas. Existe a flexibilidade de poder trabalhar de casa em um mal dia, ou sair no meio da manhã pra resolver um problema, comprar um lanche. Possui um conceito de start up, mas com metas de empresa, ou seja há liberdade mas também há trabalho (e muito)! A empresa, possibilita um rápido crescimento profissional (interno).

      Cons

      Acredito que, a empresa precisa melhorar a estratégia de endomarketing e ações internas voltadas para os colaboradores, pois tem todo potencial para ser uma Great Place to Work!

      Pros

      - located at downtown - If you like .NET development, it's a fair place - new projects are nice to work - Flexible hours - some nice people - pool table - good for interns that doesn't appreciate to work so much

      Cons

      - located at downtown - If you like web development and have an open mind about languages and technologies, independent of .NET dev, forget it.. - extremely high turnovers - lack of leaderships, based on "horizontal hierarchy" - URGENT need of a Human Resources Dept, as much for recruiting as for resolving internal conflicts - low salaries - no CLT employment contract (12 salaries by year, no FGTS, etc.) - distance from managements - inequality charges of employment office hours

      Pros

      The place is very fun and organised, the managers will help you to settle down in the beginning and you are free to make some decisions about the work you are doing.

      Cons

      The upper levels management does make bad decisions in the company and they make it feel like it's not horizontal workplace. You have low opportunities to grow.
