Majority of people are very friendly. Events and activities boost morale. Good office/location. Good benefits. Remote work/hybrid options, flexible.

Very bloated upper-management/executive level. Family Owned / Family Culture but cliquey, favoritism felt noticeable, secretive, lack of trust. Weak pay. Things get pretty messy and hectic often.
