Pros
Great culture and work group, they've been able to keep a fantastic environment along the years. Solid benefits, very people centric, beautiful workspace and location. Workload keeps a reasonable pace besides some eventual spikes, but always pretty manageable. Super flexible and remote friendly.
Cons
Some of the usual downsides of smaller shops, maybe certain informality and fewer growth opportunities.
