Pros

Opportunity to work with new technologies. Developers are nice and fun to hang out with.

Cons

HR is very bad. Upper management (CEO) is fickle minded and changes policies constantly usually for the worse. Very high attrition rate, people leave the company even before completing one year of service. No catering provisions. claustrophobic work environment.

Pros

Remote by nature, get involved in the Google ecosystem, good benefits package and salary

Cons

CEO is the most corrupt businessman you'll come across. He screws people out of their bonuses upon leaving the company by finding some technicality to get out of paying it. Has happened to at least 4 people I personally know of. Pluto7 lies to Google saying their solutions work (they don't), they also run the delivery side out of India with staff who have an average of 18 months experience which explains why they've only ever implemented one of their solutions in the companies history. They also lie to Google about the projects they have done and claim companies who've only ever done POC's as actual customers. I would not work for this company because the CEO will screw you no matter how good your relationship with him is prior it doesn't matter. He also fired a new hire for abandonment of employment when they did nothing of the sort, he just didnt like that they stood up to him because he only wants to surround himself with weak people he can dominate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Google will find the truth out soon and drop them as a partner because you can't run a business this way long term it never works out.

Thank you for taking the time and your effort to put in the review for Pluto7. While we understand that we cannot appease all of our employees, we are sad to hear that your time at Pluto7 was not a pleasant one, at least towards the end. As a growing organisation, we are constantly in the process of reading and learning from the market. We strongly believe, as you may already know, it is our ability to tweak and adapt that helps us become stronger, which is also a learning that we apply in all facets of our business, right from servicing customers, partners to employees including our hiring strategy. Remuneration and bonuses are calculated on multiple factors. Our goal is to ensure our employees make bonuses by hitting their KPIs and targets. However, in many instances, as our alumni would be aware, we recalibrate so as to ensure bonus criterion is met and our team is motivated to achieve more. Today, we are proud of our alumni working in some of the leading organisations in the world continuing that winning spirit which we had a small part to play in. We urge our teams to look at the big picture and sometimes paint it as well. However, some of us get caught into the smaller fragments and miss out, which may lead to dissatisfaction and disillusionment. We truly are thankful for your review and time spent with us and we wish you all the best in future.
