None. This company is an absolute mess. There are no redeeming qualities except for the US-based writers you work with and get to network with.

Do you think it's weird that ALL of the 5-star reviews say the same things? And that is painfully obvious that they weren't written by native English speakers? They treat you like a full-time employee even though you're a contractor. They expect at least 8 hours of work for less than minimum wage. They'll ask you to sign a year-long contract and then terminate it without warning, even though there's a 15-day notice period in the contract. The higher-ups have delusions of grandeur like they'll be the next Hulu. Not with the absolute trash content they put out—misogynist, racist, classist garbage with no substance. It's all rape and abuse and toxicity and weird 4-chan incel wish-fulfillment. India-side management all but tells you to just rip off popular stories that are kind of like the one you're working on. Filter reviews by "Contract" and you'll get a decent idea of how bad this company is. Don't expect to get paid on time, either.
