      Pros

      There was a lot of interns at the time, so it felt good to be around people of you age group.

      Cons

      The only issue I had was the lack of respect some of the upper management employees had for employers below them. Not a good place to be if your not moving up in the ladder.

      Pros

      You learn a LOT at Podesta, however it can be difficult at time to have any staff actually teach you anything. It is mostly learning by doing, so if you are looking for a brown bag program , this is not it.

      Cons

      The work is grueling, and its is hard to find coworkers who will take the time to teach you.
