Completely disorganized. A total mess. Rio's management, including HR, is lying and shady. The English working here, who are in the lead, have been xenophobic a few times towards the Brazilians, in a horrible way. They have no criteria for promotion or people management. Very low salary. Senior lawyers without criteria, without experience. No accurate feedback - never. The cases are a total mess, they are irresponsible with the cases. You will not grow, because Senior Lawyers will not contribute to your growth. It is horrible, and forget about going to London - they sell it to bring people in. You will work and travel holidays, weekends, within Brazil. Working hours are said to be flexible, but often the demand is immense. There is no hybrid. There is no home office (they lied at the interview). There is no honest recognition. To sum up, really bad place. Do not fall for this.
