Great purpose - Principal Point Advisory Employee Review

Reliable 'brain trust' of people who support each other on novel and technical projects such as climate strategy, emissions forecasting and abatement identification. Great dynamic with lots of experience as well as new starters eager to learn and be encouraged.

Fast pace at times to juggle resources between projects and prioritise deliverables or prepare proposals. More time needed to take stock of past lessons and to leverage vast knowledge from project to project.

There were some nice and smart people on the team. Had weekly social events. Co working space they were in was nice.

Some toxic team members. Despite being a “for purpose” B-corp they overworked and underpaid staff regularly. It was not a genuinely positive workplace and managers felt like they were just in it for the money, not to do good.
