Pros
For the kids is really the only thing that makes you want to work there because you feel like you are making a difference but you are not.
Cons
Management was horrible extremely disorganized and disappointing. Was promised growth and opportunities but was then shortly let go due to department changes. They reel you in with hope and promise of advancement but then let you go before your review. Will terminate hundreds of people throughout the year due to over hiring. So many complaints from candidates onboarding experience. Preaches about inclusiveness and culture but is the opposite and frankly hypocritical (they absolutely do not care about their employees). Says they are there for the kids but is truly more interested in profiting from children’s disabilities. It is sick and I hope no one will continue supporting this company as they do not stand for anything!
