Pros
When I was looking for a job back in June 2022, a lot of people told me that I would never find one as I was almost 5 month pregnant at that point. Not only was I hired by Point Predictive but I was also trusted by leadership to do Q4 '22 planning and was able to participate in new product development and management. I really appreciate the opportunity and mentorship I received. When I was about to start my maternity leave, I learned that Point Predictive offers additional insurance for short term disability at no cost to all employees which I have never heard of among startups or companies of small to medium size. I received so much help around this benefit and easily received the entire amount within a month of starting maternity leave. I am also inspired by work hard, party harder culture that we have. Our 2022 company party was actually the first party that my kid ever attended, so it will be very special in our memories :)
