      Salary in SGD if you working from India or Indonesia good pay when you convert and pros is work from home

      Cons

      - Lay off is normal they have Laid off 20 employee approx only in 2023 - late hours are normal and not being appreciated by Management - Very low Annual leave - Office policy's are not equal for each Territory - Chinese are always Focus on Micro management -

      - Non-existent HR - Everything controlled by their country manager at Malaysia from marketing to sales and everything. - Mental Harassment.
