      The executive team is well structured and the business is run in a very responsible way. The long-term vision is clear and the company culture is simply amazing.

      Pros

      Excellent company culture and a fun team to work with. Very very smart people in there.

      Cons

      A new loan to continue growing created additional pressure on most teams, but nothing unusual in the start-up world.

      Pros

      Great team culture and fun work environment, they care about employees (organising team activities, every 2 weeks company lunches, etc). Hybrid working schedule. Growth possibilities.

      Cons

      As in many startups/scaleups a big focus is on growth and you need to be flexible with trying new things and picking up extra tasks.
