Nice staff - Temporary Staff PoliTemps Employee Review

Great for campaign people who need employment before the electoral cycle picks up.

They can let you go with little to no notice. Can be stressful.

I had a phenomenal experience with all of the workers at PoliTemps when I was hired as a temporary employee. Through their staffing, they found the perfect opportunity that has truly changed my career outcomes. After completing my basic skills test, I met with Chris and had a personalized conversation about my goals and experiences, and he offered very sincere support and insight. Later, PoliTemps called me to share of an opportunity -- the first I'd had in months -- and I got the job. That employer went on to hire me full-time and it's only been an improvement from there. I'm so thankful for the opportunity and that Chris and his team invested in me and put in the effort to find me an opportunity that would allow me to reach my potential.

PoliTemps requires some political experience, which can be prohibitive for college students or recent graduates. However, they do so to make sure that they provide top quality talent to their partners and this makes sense to me.
