Pros
They keep hiring round the year as attrition is very high due to pressurized environment, its relatively easy to get hired by this company. Salary is not great but good to start career. There is no time management tool so shrinkage is high, as an employee you get free time to spend with friends.
Cons
Yashish has started company with good ideology. But what is happening inside is not good. Management is trying to keep their business ethical, but they put lot of pressure for sales as they spend lot of money into marketing, so for return on investments they set high impossible sales targets, in turn sales agents, team leaders and managers engage in lot of miss-commitments and give out false information to get sales going. Management pays a blind eye to all these for business. Customers should be aware not to buy from them.
