      Friendly open. Culture. Lack of hierarchy. Lots of ownership. Fairly objective oriented, yet supportive atmosphere. Small teams with clear direction.

      Cons

      Sometimes need to work extra hours to get job done. This can be long hours or weekends if necessary.
