Pros
I've spent more than a decade here navigating through some amazing opportunities and challenging projects - still learning new things everyday. Open culture, respect for all stakeholders, fairness and high trust in employees! Very approachable and humble leadership team, friendly and capable colleagues. It's been a great run.
Cons
There are pros and cons in every company. None too many come to mind for PB. Probably some process or employee experience issues once in a while, but one can trust that the heart is in right place and feedback will be acted upon.
