Pros

Salary and that's about it.

Cons

When I began working at Poliform Miami everyone from senior management, sales team and designers never acknowledged me. Never tried to train me or inform me about the products and the showroom/company's goals. I had to try and train myself, so my work/life balance was very poor. The work itself is very redundant and not accurate, people are never on the same page. It's just so strange to me, no one there was encouraging or welcoming. There is no genuine enthusiasm, management is selfish, unclear and very intimidating. I wasn't given a chance to prove myself and so I'm extremely glad I don't work there anymore; wasn't a positive experience at all. I'd rather accept a lower salary than work at Poliform Miami any day.

Pros

Feels Like Family: The team is incredibly supportive, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie—feels like a big Italian family. Luxury Products You’re Proud to Sell: The craftsmanship, design, and quality of Poliform’s furniture make it easy to stand behind what you’re selling. Respected in the Design Community: Clients know and admire the brand, which makes conversations with architects and designers engaging and rewarding. Strong Leadership & Company Culture: Upper management is involved, supportive, and genuinely wants employees to succeed. Lots of Resources: A new CRM has made things more efficient, and there’s a solid infrastructure to help you succeed. Gorgeous Showrooms: Working in a beautifully designed space makes the day-to-day experience even more enjoyable. Exciting Projects & Clients: You get to work with top-tier architects, designers, and developers on some truly inspiring projects.

Cons

Employee Discount Could Be Better: Even with a discount, the products are still quite expensive for most employees. No Summer Fridays: It would be nice to have early Fridays in the summer to better enjoy the season. WFH: It's nice that the company gives 12 Work-from-home days to employees, but you have to be at home (i.e. not on a trip) to use them.
