Pros
Retiring from PolySi is very difficult for me. The close team environment, quality work force, friendly, dedicated people provided a great workplace and one I look forward to going each day. Flexibility in schedule allows you to do things at this company that would not be tolerated anywhere else. A great attribute.
Cons
The challenge of loose supervisory needs to be reigned in. People need directions each day and unless you are self motivated direction can be lacking.
