Polyconseil has implemented very flexible working conditions which allow its employees to be independent in their work. Their offices are in downtown Paris, near the Champs Elysées. Fin de la conversation
Cons
The independence has a downside in that there is little coaching and few resources to rely on. It becomes hard to progress.
