Management style is micro managing - most of the managers

There is no pressure. No need of doing overtime. very relax job. If you would like to have work life balance this would be a good one

Salary is less. No growth opportunities. You will stagnate in position. Not much of growth in this industry so pay scale will not increase much in future.
