Not a great place to work. - Administrative Polymaster Employee Review

This workplace is an absolute nightmare. Don’t believe the fake positive reviews management are leaving. If you enjoy being micromanaged to the point where you can't even take a breath without someone breathing down your neck, then this is the place for you! Not to mention the blatant gender discrimination, where women are consistently overlooked for opportunities and promotions. The management here completely ignores the well-being and mental health of their employees, treating them like disposable assets. It's a toxic environment that I wouldn't wish on anyone. HR doesn’t care about the people. They care about a pizza party and undermining employees to get a gold star from upper management. Upper management only care about themselves and a few extra men they’ve let in to their inner circle. Don’t be fooled by positive things being said, they’re coming from the inside in hope to repair their diminishing reputation.
