      Pros

      Great co workers, good benefit package and an occasional small bonus are a few of the Pros for working at Polymicro and I highly recommend a job working in any area of the company except for the production area.

      Cons

      In the production area workers are required to complete an "extra" educational checklist before being promoted to each new level. This "extra" checklist is not a requirement for promotion in other areas of the company. Some managers do not value the experience that the production workers add to Polymicro's bottom line

      Managements is not willing to spend money on equipment that needs to be retired or upgraded.

      take your break whenever you want

      Cons

      slow work days, no room for advancement. Even if you have good work ethic the Supervisor cared more about HIM liking people than anything else.
