IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE NOT-SO-GREAT BOSSES: It is considered acceptable for management and supervisors to contrive the worst possible project plans, implement them without thinking it through, and then point their finger at their employees when the time schedule is impossible to meet and no value is being added. They are allowed to yell at their employees, cut them down, etc. If you are salaried, then be prepared to work at least 10 hours on the weekdays, and at least one day each weekend. They will push you to do it, and you have to say no. If you say yes, then it will become 12 hours instead of 10. Not all of the bosses are like that, but they are allowed to be like that if they want, and some of them are.
