Cheapskates, dishonest owners and management, micromanagement, no trust for employees, obvious favoritism for family-hired employees, looks for any opportunities to backcharge you, overworked for 12 to 14+ hours per day, seriously underpaid, no Riptide vacuums only hose vacs, at least half the pools you're assigned are green, everyone is very inexperienced including managers, overall very sketchy business
