Great environment to work in and love, love, love the owner! So many pools to chose from if at first you don't click at the pool you're at there are other options out there!
Cons
Teenagers will be teenagers, but so many take the job thinking nights, weekends and holidays off would be nice, when in fact those are the busiest and most important times to ensure coverage. Hiring to staff the pool properly can be difficult especially at the beginning and end of the season because of school commitments and often properties do not want to reduce the hours of their pools to help use guards effectively. Often management is teenagers themselves, and while they know a lot about the pools and the company, some of them have little to no supervisory skills and therefore can sometimes lack a backbone when it comes to coaching their staff.
