Pros

I believe Poprouser was one of the best places I ever worked. I work with this Company for a year now and I can't even describe how much I learned and grown this past year. Not only the team is very intelligent, capable, and collaborative but also our managers, they are always finding the time to teach us and help us with anything. One of the best parts is having someone who believes in you, your skills, your capability and also invests in your growth and your future. Everyone in the company is willing to learn, grow, and rise above, and that's what makes it special to work with them. It's a learning environment with room for growth, where everyone is so talented and a team player, we combine our skills and work hard to provide the best work and that is what makes a great team.

Pros

Poprouser has an inclusive, work-life balance conscious, team oriented environment. As an employee, I always feel supported by my team and my boss, Cody. Micromanaging is non-existent! The vibe, so to speak, as long as the work gets done, client is happy and deadlines are met, you will have flexibility in schedule and can work with ease. The company provides an open forum for all employees to provide suggestions, reviews, concerns or simply ask questions. I am big on stress-free workplace and this company does not provide stress.

Cons

inconsistency in timeliness for performance/compensation reviews. Schedule is not followed as planned but, as a startup with constant flow of clients, it can be understandable.

Pros

They don't try to control you, and there's a high degree of trust in you. You do have to own a specific area of the company, and the objectives are set high ... and thats ok. You get a lot of freedom to propose ideas and get the resources to actually do them.

Cons

It's a startup - you'll get your hands in a little of everything, so you need to be dynamic. If you're trying to hunch over a desk for 10 hrs this ain't for you.
