Supportive colleagues, but management needs improvement - English Tutor Popular Learning Employee Review

There are absolutely no pros to working here; avoid at all costs.

The work environment in HQ is highly toxic. The P&S Manager is biased and unprofessional, actively joining in to gossip and badmouth others. The workplace is extremely cliquey. This clique even has a private WhatsApp group where they take screenshots of colleagues' work to publicly mock and scrutinize them, which severely damages employee morale. Furthermore, the management in both the Chinese and English departments is very poor, with a complete lack of standardized practices or clear guidelines.

Relatively healthy working environment, boss and colleagues are friendly, salary is paid on time.

Class schedule is a bit unreasonable, constantly ask English teachers to sub for Chinese/ Math class.
