      I learned so much at Port and developed important and valuable professional relationships. They welcome new ideas and truly respect hard work. They also have a tight knit culture that makes winning together meaningful.

      They are growing at a steady speed but internal processes can take a while.

      Pros

      Good PTO and Health Benefits. Some really nice people on the team to work with.

      Cons

      High turnover makes it so there is not a lot of continuity in the processes, and adds to the already high level of disorganization. Senior level people are not involved in day to day processes and this keeps them very disconnected from whats actually going on. Trying to pass off a whole AI narrative for stuff thats half built and not a validated need in the market. A lot of the stuff has already been covered in other reviews.
