      Management favors, and just extremely poor leadership skills. Also no dedicated human resources department makes it impossible to report anything.

      Pros

      Fun environment, nice people to work with, it is a great place to spend your day if your a car enthusiast.

      Cons

      The hours are extremely long and it's tough to maintain a balanced work/home/social life. The benefits package isn't as good as it should be for people who devote so much of their time and energy to the company.
