Avoid! - Human Resources Administrator Positive Futures Employee Review

Pros

I had a job during Covid.

Cons

The Company undertook advice which involved large scale change when what was required was training of staff and a review of policies and processes. Training was conducted by staff who didn't know what they were doing. Employee relations is a huge chunk of the work for HR and this says a lot; PF is happy to onboard support staff with no experience but remain to gloat on their values of being positive about people and transforming lives.

We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. The pandemic was extremely hard on the Health and Social Care sector as a whole and thankfully we are coming out the other side. We have proven ourselves to be a resilient organisation who, despite obstacles, have been able to grow and continue our organisational mission during unprecedented times. If you would like to elaborate on your experience of working for Positive Futures during the height of COVID-19 we would be very open to hearing from you via human-resources@positive-futures.net. Wishing you all the best.
