      Pros

      Rate of Pay was acceptable. Persons supported were the best part of the job. Training and development was good.

      Cons

      Management do not care or provide to support. Management speak as though they are person centred when they are not inclusive and harbour an environment of bullying and intimidation. There is no support or consideration for human behaviour.

      Management incapable of doing hands on care work. Bloated management structure Toxic management environment Troublesome deputy manager received promotion. Nepotism at play Ill-informed, unexperienced and lacking knowledge and standoffish due to this!

      Great Support workers on the ground that are keeping the service alive

      Management disorganized, Consistently disorganized rotas and routines from management Training isnt actually legally compliant HR and Payroll are notoriously difficult to deal with HR will actively defend malpractice in the organization
