      Pros

      Good for freshers.. But up-to 2 years

      Cons

      The reliving policy is the worst.They will accept your resignation on the Last day and will give you a print out of the Acceptance letter without which is nothing but a paper without value to BIG MNCs.They does this intentionally to torture their employees.

      Amazing colleagues, collaborative atmosphere, very competitive packages, flex work hours, excellent management team

      Too much remote work which makes it hard sometimes to know the colleagues well

      You must be in good books on the MD's to get recognized and grow The company run by MD's from US with their limited vision No strong leadership in India
