Pros
- Maybe friskvård of 3000 SEK, but everyone has that. - If you´re a sled dog, this will be your jam, cause you´ll be covering some distance every day - Interesting cast of characters and some camaraderie depending on where you work
Cons
- Extremely taxing on body, climb mostly stairs for about 15-20 km per day. Most old timers bodies are falling apart with bad knees etc - low pay 25 k SEK for a full-time starting position - low retention and always at least 1 or 2 people sick or off work for injuries makes it hard for everyone else that has to share their load - Middle management never gets the tools or the time to support the people on the floor. - Extremely pressed for time a lot of people don´t have time for lunch breaks - Mail carriers don´t even have access to e-mail, but when you reset your password for your mail delivery app it goes to your e-mail. Symptomatic for the company. - You're a cog, nothing more
