Pros
I've worked with the company over a decade and though any company can have it's up's and down's, overall this is a great company to work for. Last year, we did a company restructure with the goal of improving the company and customer's experience. Additionally, as the owners move toward retirement, they decided to sell the company to the employees and setup an ESOP (employee owned company). Personally, I have enjoyed my job even more since these changes. It's a great company to work for hope to retire with them one day.
Cons
Living in Atlanta, we have one of the worst cities in the country for traffic. Obviously this is not related to Postec directly, but can effect work due to the amount of driving required for techs and installers. Luckily, much of our work can be done remotely which bypasses traffic.
